Yoga and Relaxation in Hanoi

This three-day Hanoi itinerary offers a perfect blend of cultural exploration, wellness, and relaxation. Begin your journey with a warm welcome, a visit to the iconic Hoan Kiem Lake, Ngoc Son Temple, and a Cyclo ride through the historic Old Quarter, followed by a mesmerizing Water Puppet Show. Day two focuses on well-being with a “Yoga for Gut Health” session, a visit to the historic Quan Thanh Pagoda, and a signature Hanoi lunch of Cha Ca La Vong. An optional Aerial Yoga class adds a touch of adventure. 

On day three, strengthen your body with “Yoga for Strength,” indulge in rejuvenating spa treatments, and conclude the day with a calming Yin Yoga session, creating a harmonious experience that balances cultural immersion with mindfulness and self-care.

Sailing through the wonders of Halong

Continuing your journey, depart from Hanoi to the breathtaking UNESCO-listed Halong Bay, where you’ll embark on a luxurious Bhaya cruise. Enjoy welcome drinks, a scenic lunch, and mesmerizing views of the bay’s iconic limestone formations. On this cruise trip, you have the options to choose between kayaking or a bamboo boat ride through Hang Luon Cave, unwind at Ti Top Beach, and engage in a sunset cocktail party and a Vietnamese cooking class. A seafood BBQ dinner completes the day before retiring in your cabin. 

On day five, let’s start with a Tai Chi session at sunrise, followed by a visit to Thien Cung or Dau Go Cave, marveling at their stunning formations. A delightful brunch on board marks the end of your Halong Bay experience before heading to Yen Tu for a rejuvenating Eyes and Paddleboard Yoga session.

Your journey continues at Yen Tu Legacy, where a scenic cable car ride offers breathtaking panoramic views. Engage in Eye Yoga and Paddle Board Yoga amid tranquil surroundings, followed by an optional Harmony Meditation in the evening. For the next day, we will begin with a Yin yoga session to promote relaxation, then experience a Singing Bowl Meditation workshop to enhance well-being. 

Afternoon activities include Eye Yoga and a Bosu-Ball workout, fostering strength and balance. In the evening, choose between a therapeutic salt room meditation or Hydropathy for deep relaxation. Last day on Yen Tu starts with another Yin yoga session, followed by immersive cultural experiences in Dong Ho printmaking and conical hat-making. Returning to Hanoi, unwind and enjoy a thoughtful gift—an exclusive spa voucher for ultimate relaxation.

The experience will be concluded in 1 day, and your journey will end with your departure from Hanoi.
